I’m Sarah. Osteopath, mom to a little boy, wife, and someone who puts her heart into everything she does.
Love brought me to Luxembourg in 2023. A new chapter in life that brought it all: change, many questions, challenges, but also deep trust. These experiences shape my work today more than ever. I know from my own experience just how sensitive life’s transitions can be. How body and soul sometimes speak at the same time – whether in joy or in pure exhaustion. And I know how valuable it is in these moments to have someone by your side who doesn’t judge, but truly listens. Someone who is simply there for you.
Health has always been my life’s theme. Even early on, I knew I wanted to combine medical expertise with genuine human connection. My path was diverse and educational: from social work with children abroad and nursing, to my osteopathy studies in Berlin.
Initially, I worked a lot with adults, but my heart beat louder and louder for women’s health, pregnancy, and the little ones. So, I followed that calling, specialized, and found my absolute fulfillment in it.
What matters to me today I want to hold space. For your questions. For your emotions. For bodies that want to be heard. I work with time, sensitivity, and a holistic view – not just as an osteopath, but as a woman who has experienced herself how vulnerable and yet powerful the journey of motherhood can be.
I support women, mothers, babies, and children – individually and with all my heart. I look forward to meeting you and accompanying you on a part of your journey – mindfully and honestly.
