Osteopathy for the whole family

Gentle support for you and your family

In my practice, you are at the center – with a special focus on the needs of women, pregnant women, babies, and children. While I treat people of all ages, my passion lies in accompanying you and your family with care, empathy, and gentle osteopathic methods during sensitive stages of life.

What is osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a holistic, hands-on therapy that looks at the body as a whole. Everything in your body is connected – from muscles and joints to internal organs and fascia. Osteopathy aims to release tension, restore balance, and support your body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Gentle care for the little ones
Babies respond especially well to osteopathic treatment. After birth, gentle techniques can help release tension caused by the birth process or the baby’s position in the womb – for example in cases of colic, breastfeeding difficulties, sleep issues, or asymmetry.

Support during pregnancy
Pregnancy is a time of incredible change – and it can also come with physical discomfort. Osteopathy can help relieve issues like back pain, sciatica, pelvic tension, and more – gently and safely – and prepare your body for birth.

For women and children
Whether you're dealing with menstrual pain, hormonal imbalances, postnatal recovery, or emotional stress – osteopathy can support you throughout many phases of your life. Children can also benefit from osteopathic care, for example in cases of posture issues, sleep troubles, or concentration problems.

With time, empathy, and focus on you
I take time to understand your story and your needs. Although my practice is open to everyone, my main focus lies in treating women, babies, and children – with care, respect, and individual attention.

I’m looking forward to meeting you!
